The University shall have the rights to freedom of academic choice, to study and learn, to research, the right to freedom of expression, discussion implementation, and the right to be protected accordingly with the intellectual property right.
All departments shall have the same level of prestige and should not be discriminated on the basis of resources or popularity.
The University shall guarantee the equal rights and protections without discrimination based on the race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, class, colour, marital status, poverty, wealth, birth, disability and political belief.
The University will promote the right to freedom of speech and the right to express one's thoughts and ideas while ensuring that such speaker's duties, powers and the right to stand are not being affected or lost.
