Offered Degrees

The Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering offers Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) which covers all specializations in Civil Engineering for Undergraduate Classes. In Postgraduate Courses, we offer Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering (PG Diploma), Master of Engineering (M.E), Master of Science in Engineering (MS Engg.), Master of Science (MS) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) according to the selected specializations. Water Resources Engineering Courses are mainly related to exploration, exploitation and conservation of water resources. The following subjects, meteorological and hydrological forecasting, prediction and calculation of tidal current and flood, survey and measurement for irrigation dams, gates and bridges, conservation of rivers, exploration and exploitation of surface and ground water resources, calculation of crop water requirements and water quality studies, are included.
