The Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering offers Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) which covers all specializations in Civil Engineering for Undergraduate Classes. In Postgraduate Courses, we offer Postgraduate Diploma in Engineering (PG Diploma), Master of Engineering (M.E), Master of Science in Engineering (MS Engg.), Master of Science (MS) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) according to the selected specializations. Geotechnical Engineering focuses on the foundation and subsoil in buildings, roads and bridges. To be more accurate, we offer courses related to properties of earth and rocks, weight bearing capacity, subsequent soil changes by the gravity impact, effects of soil moisture content and finally, criteria and calculations for types of foundation.
