Yangon Technological University was involved in seeking advice from USAID from university councils and organizations at all levels regarding the current situation in Myanmar’s higher education and vocational education sectors.
The National Unity Government, Ministry of Education and the University Council met on 27 January to discuss further education plans, briefing on the general activities of the Council and CDM support issues.

According to the long-term agreement between the Yangon Technological University and the European Union, the University Council acts on behalf of the University for Student exchange programs and to provide educational documentation.
In collaboration with Brandenburg University of Technology and DAAD German Academic Exchange Service, Yangon Technological University- University Council will open the one-month STUDIO BAGAN Summer School from 6th November to 6th December 2021.
The University Council has linked the EU and its related programs to the continued implementation of the MOU and Inter-institutional Agreements.
The 5th International Conference on Electrical, Telecommunication and Computer Engineering was held on the 15th and 16th of September.
