Delivery of remarks at ELTICOM 2021

The 5th International Conference on Electrical, Telecommunication and Computer Engineering was held on the 15th and 16th of September.

The conference was held in Indonesia and sponsored by the Indonesian branch of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers - IEEE and the University of Sumatra. This year's theme is "Humanitarian Technology: Opportunities and Challenges in the Post-Pandemic World" and the University Council was invited to deliver remarks.
